9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLY APPS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF ONLY APPS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Only Apps LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Only Apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
12. Governing law
