What we collect
Account information — when you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and aggregate interaction events. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not use cookies or collect personal data.
Device information — browser type, operating system, and approximate region (country/state) derived from your IP address.
Content you create — any data you save inside Only Apps (notes, settings, preferences). This data is stored on our servers solely to provide the service to you.
What we do not collect
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not collect precise location data.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the service.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To improve the service in aggregate (e.g., understanding which features are used).
Who we share information with
We share information only with the following categories of service providers:
- Cloudflare — hosting and DDoS protection.
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly usage analytics.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
How long we keep your information
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “effective date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
