Who we are
Sprout School is published by Only Apps LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at support@onlyapps.app.
This policy describes how Sprout School handles information.
The short version
Sprout School does not collect, transmit, or share any data — about you, your child, or your device. The app runs entirely on the device, with no servers, no accounts, and no internet connection required at any point.
What stays on the device
A parent can create one or more kid profiles. For each profile, the app saves locally:
- A profile name (whatever you type — initials, a nickname, anything)
- A profile color and theme preference
- Saved progress for each Sprout School app you use
This data lives only inside the app’s storage on the device. We never see it, no third party ever sees it, and uninstalling the app removes it. Local storage on the device is not “collection” under Google Play’s or Apple’s privacy definitions.
What we don’t do
Sprout School also does not:
- Send any data over the network. There are no HTTP requests, no WebSocket connections, and no SDKs that would make any.
- Use analytics, telemetry, crash reporters, or any tracking framework.
- Show ads, sell anything, or offer in-app purchases of any kind.
- Request any platform permissions — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or notifications.
- Use advertising identifiers, device IDs, or the App Tracking Transparency framework.
- Share, sell, or transfer data to third parties. There is nothing to share.
Children’s privacy
Sprout School is designed for children, including children under 13. We comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting any personal information from any user, and by not relying on any third-party service that does.
A parent who wants to remove their child’s locally saved profile can do so at any time from Settings → delete profile, or by uninstalling the app — both fully erase that profile’s saved data.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how Sprout School handles data — for example, if a future feature adds an optional server-side sync — we will update this page and update the “Effective” date above. Material changes will also be announced in-app before they take effect.
